Warranty

About the products of the singerworkwear webshop:

- For individuals (Consumer or natural person) the warranty period is 12 months.
- For companies, the warranty is 6 months, in addition to the statutory warranty.

It is important that the warranty only covers defects caused by proper use, manufacturing or material defects. Legitimate complaints will be accepted and the defective product repaired free of charge or replaced within 6 months.

In the event of a warranty problem, do the following:

• Return the problematic product together with the copy of the invoice to the address of compateam.hu webshop. (53 Tompa Mihaly utca Budapest 1154 Hungary)
• Goods sent for warranty replacement will only be accepted in a CLEAN condition!
•  Upon receipt of the product, the complaint will be considered in cooperation with the manufacturing companies.
•  We cannot replace a deliberately damaged product that has not been used for its intended purpose!
•  If the complaint is approved and the product cannot be repaired, there are 3 options to choose from:

      o   Product replacement.

      o   Purchase the amount.

      o   Repayment of the amount.

We will always consult you by phone or e-mail about the fulfillment of the options.

• If the complaint is not approved, the product will be returned to you with a report and a manufacturer's resolution.
